My Sunday’s nervosity - 2 faults found

Good morning to you all reading this forum.

Well, on Sunday I was nervous as a hell because of me picking a new 182. Now, you would not believe it but I intend to complain regarding 2 things:

1. Bent licence plate platform part on front bumper. Not to mention the metallic paint layers put down very sluggisly.

2. I ordered a front splitter and I was unpleasantly surprised. I just found this piece on my back seat, with some "workout" done on it by the "olfa" knife. I expected it would be mounted on the car. The salesman was giving excuses such as: "Sorry, we got it in this condition and we didnt know what to do."

Can somebody give me some good advice what to do?

I just hope the rest of the car will function properly.

VaVaVoom 182 ?

either reject it (easier if you did it upon collection) or tell them you want these fault rectified or you will return the car and contact trading standards under the unfit for sale act (i believe this is what its called) you are within your rights as the consumer to expect the product to be fully pdid and in a brand new condition as this is what you are paying for, so the splitter turned up in that condition thats their problem not yours if its too damaged to fit then they should supply one that is undamaged AND fit it for you foc

They dont know what to do? Really? Renault dealers reach new heights of bullsh*tting. How abouts they order you a replacement and fit it for you at your conveinience.

Dear forum readers,

If you knew some other "real-life" R stories, you would be shocked.

However, these cars are mostly bought on the basis of enthusiasm and fanatic approach. Thats why we (although we are well informed and aware), spending considerable quids on these half-baked muffins.
