Any recommadations for a new LCD/PLASMA, budget max £1500 size 46" to 52" not into gaming just films ,sport,document.. I am currently looking at these , thanks in advance for your help Gary

The 1920x1080 models in the pioneer range are out of the price i'm prepared to pay tbh

The LG is imense mate, iv got one and it can handle soo much. sounds pritty good also. although to get the most out of it, it needs to be pared with surround sound as it hasnt good enough punch by itself.

Personally, don't go for an LCD if you're going bigger than 40".

The Pioneer is pretty much spot on, although I'm a Samsung fan.

I have a Samsung LCD and Samsung Plasma (50") and the plasma is by far the better of the two.

i have the 37" version of the lg 37lg6000 scarlet and its great very very pleased with it .
