my xbox 360 keeps crashing

ive just got nfs most wanted and it crashes every now and again. can i send this back to microsoft?

thing is there is no lights at the front in any other colours and the screen just freezes no messages or anything, the cd seems to make a ticking sound then i have to restart it.
how can i fix this?

this game does it to me as well. just a programming fault i guess.

PES6 crashed mine about 6 times in 2 days

might be overheating, mine did this before it died! PES6 has been fine on mine so far, done almost a season on ML and bettered multiplayer!
