Mystery misfire problem!!!!

Any advice please. i had my car had it's coil packs and sparks replaced a few weeks back and all seemed fine, but i've noticed it's not running as smooth as it should or as quick and if you look at the engine whilst ticking over you can see a slight kick like it's missing a bit. the garage plugs in the computer and nothing showed up. Now i don't know what to do, it's only slight but it is pissing me off.

My Wifes, Golf V6 4Motion has just been in for a new O2 sensor, after poor running and dropping into limp mode, dealer says they have had loads of similar problems.

could also be the engine harness which is also prone to knacking up

Got it booked in at the garage before the warrenty runs out, also my engine management light has come on again. last time the light came on it was only a bloody breaklight sensor!
