As title, is it more likly to be the motor or switch?

If its a clio, it'll more than likely be the window regulator needing changed - the plastic clip snaps off the wire and renders it fucked, in technical terms. £25 for a re-con unit.

Aye as above mate, simple enough to fit yourself.

T20/25 torx screw bit you'll need to take the door card off!
