N95 Problem...

Not so much a problem but its annoying as hell.

i sent a message a while ago not realising my mate was on holiday, it didnt send and its stayed in my outbox ever since just "sending" but it never sends, you cant delete it or move it so i constantly have the sending message simbol on my phone.

any ideas on how to get rid?

yeah tried that and nothing happens. just been there for about a month.

usually it lets you move it to drafts then delete it from there. my only option is print lol.

Happened on my N70 a while back, stopped my recieving texts untill it was sorted. An update sorted mine out

tbh it wouldnt matter where yer mate was it will still send , just either come back as failed or no report.

its more likely to be sim contacts thats got mucky

so turn fone off , take sim out wipe it , wipe contacts on fone , then put it back together, turn fone on goto outbox and select resend , n it should say sending..... then sent

there should be an option to defer the text? that way you can delete it.

u can alter the validation period which is the setting that is the period of time the phone will continue to attempt to send the txt, u can alter it from a day to infinately i fink, giv it ago

factoy reset.....

Had to do that to mine once. Make sure you back up all the data on your phone first.

Just dont back up your messages tho, as it will just restore the message after reset.

yeah tried this and it worked, although i did fancy some cheesecake

yeah usually there is a defer option but for some reason there wasn't with this message.

N95 is cool.. Im typing this on my laptop in a Premier travel inn in bedford ! using the internet connection on my N95 (unlimited web n walk) says im getting 450kbps connection speed so its pretty good !
