Nasty vibration!! :S Please help!

Okay i was driving on the dual carridgeway last night when all ov a sudden car started to virbrate. Its coming from underneath the engine, so i was thinking something to do with gearbox/drivshafts as it seemed a rotational vibration. The vibration gets even worse when you accelerate and then come off the accelrator! Does anyone know what the problem is??

Puncture, driveshaft, gearbox eaten itself, crankshaft broken, gearbox mount going/gone, exhaust busted... could be anything really !?

Jack it up and have a look ?

Is this only when moving or stationary too?

A vid would help with the diagnosis.

when moving. when you start to brake to come to a stop, it starts clunking aswell!
