Need a good and cheap bodyshop!

Also would like bonnet and bumper doing. Now I've had two quotes:
The Paint Shack - £350 plus vat £450 +vat if want alll wheels doing aswell
B Smart - £300 inc vat £480 inc vat with wheels
Now the paint shack has been recomended to me and he does seem good. Proper booth and all that. B Smart seemed smaller operation but guy seemed ok.
Now I'm tempted to go for the £300 inc vat cause it's £100 cheaper but I don't want to fetch car and be dissapointed. What do you guys think.
Or any recommendations in Mansfield/Ilkeston areas.
