Need a headset for my VOIP phone, do they exist?

Car  Toyota MR2 GT Turbo
I'm looking for a headset that isn't USB but is connected using RJ10 4-pin (like a phone)

My mums VOIP phone came with one, and my phone came with a hold-to-ear type one.

Anyone know of any?
