Need a little help guys

my window on my 172 ph2 has come of the electric mec is it hard to put back it was half down when i shut door and went to put it up and it didnt move i jiggled it a bit and i can get it up but wont come down unless i use me hands to pull it down then use the switch to bring it up so it deff off it rails
