neon interior lights help

ok hey guys, so i've bought these

12 inch blue lights ages ago for my pc and had a good few sets spare.

just out of interest could i wire them into my car to go above the pedals and footwells for both driver/pass side??? i have a switch for them and a few dual inverters.

also how do i power them

any guides or help??
