Neons in 02 clio

OK just watched 2 Fast 2 Furious and Im back in my I want neons and a dump valve stage!! Now as we all know a dump valve on a 1.2 16v is probably not possible however neons are!!

Has anyone fitted them in the footwells of a latest shape clio. Is there room? Tips advice please.

easily room - just position them right at the back of the footwell.

Neons are ok, as long as u dont go OTT.

I did have them in my footwell, attached to the centre piece - ie to the bit where your clutch foot rests, or right leg as a passenger. Good light, but tubes visible. A girly friend of mine has put neons under the dash in the foot wells. Tonnes of room, and they look cool. Just dont go OTT, and btw, dont put on under-car ones, cos they break on speed bumps and stop working when it gets cold in my experience.

Dont worry im not going ott just like the idea of a nice glow inside!

Although having just kerbed one of my alloys majorly think I may get that fixed first!!

yeah iv got them in my footwells, there is plenty of room. I havent got neon ones tho cos they are a bit intense, iv used cold cathode ones which would be used in a computer and they look mint! Got um from http://www.overclockers.co.ukwww.overclockers.co.uk and just wired them to the light surrounding the cigaret ligher so they come on with my lights. Put a switch in there too cos they can get annoying!

I have The Mk1 and i have 2 purple neons fitted just on the little ridge under the seats.. this then illuminates the front and rear footwells... yummy.

Theres loads of room under the seats in the latest model Clios. just dont think about putting neons under the car!
