i want undercar neons. green ones. anyone know where to get em preferably as a full kit. cheers.

Yes, give my mate John Harris at Demon Tweeks a ring, his direct dial number is 01978 663 057 and he will sort you out with some. Not sure about green neons, but they do them in violet, blue and red and are about £200 plus another £50 to make them move.
