New Camera!

Looking for a new camera to start taking some decent photos of the clio looking for something that will show decent photos when uploaded HD preferbly but wouldn't mind if not. Any suggestions to what would be a quality first time camera as i am fed up of using the proffesional quality of my iPhone 3gs haha

Price range is to be no more than £150 but nothing cheap and tacky
