I know these guys are good but being able to see into the future is amazing.

When they say future attempts they know what microsoft detected on consoles to ban people, they also know what other checks can easily be done but havent been done with the current round of bans.
Hence possibly blocking "some" live detection attempts in the future.

You may still get banned, its just the chance you take.. At the end of the day M$ own your console and can force updates on you.. so its a game of cat and mouse..
I was hoping that the bans would spur them on to totally crack open the 360.
