hi all, tonight i purchased my black 05 plate 182, i do fairly enjoy it! ive recently sold the astra vxr and ive been a member of that forum for a couple of years nearly, looking forward to getting onto a good paid forum with helpful members!, the clio itself seems to be in very good condition, painted front end and sides for blending, piper cams and ktec catback with new hangers etc
its not without its faults, i need to sort the bonnet sensor for when im locking it cause it bleeps for ages and also the seat airbag connection, but im handy with a bit of connector block so il sort that tomorrow! it also has a superchips map thats absolute s**t. im going to see if i can get the timing checked and hopefuly i'll get a decent map from ecotune or someone else reputable as it seems to be lacking high end power, it also has the worlds shittest cone filter in a useless position so that needs moved.
apart from that its very clean and well kept, its lowered on 30mm? ish springs with new shocks etc and has 17" oz superturismos which look an awful lot like v6 wheels a must say! but these are nearly brand new with brand new tyres so il flog them for something nicer, smaller and lighter
i have a few pics but the ones i took after i got home were absolutely useless, ill get the car cleaned tomorrow and then perhaps begin a full detail on it in the garage on sunday, or pie it off until next weekend and spend the whole weekend making the gold flake magical:hearteyes:
