new front brakes and discs

I've just had my car serviced and they've informed me that i need new front pads and dics, just wondering what will work best on a '04 plate 182?

I would have thought standard discs (drilled and grooved tend to crack under strain apparently), with fast road/track pads eg Ferodo DS2500 or EBC Greenstuff!

Won't get better than that without upgrading your calipers etc

so it wouldn't be worth upgrading the discs aswell as the pads?

Try brembo disc (£60) from GSF and then a choice of pads. (£40)

i've used brembo HC discs and greenstuff pads up front on my cup and I rate this setup for the road.

I'd recomend stock if your happy with it much cheaper and no insurance problems.

try yozza sport they are about the cheapest for all brake parts
