Should do the trick

I've just got an i5 2500k + Asus P8Z68 pro board. Runs at 4.3ghz on the standard cooler, you'll get 5ghz ish on the h80! Only got a 5770 gfx card but it runs just about everything on max settings

This^^ I used to run a 6gb/s Crucial 300D and that was fast but I've just swapped to a pci-e SSD and it's insane, the transfer rates are mental, opens 1gb scans into photoshop in under a second, was going to use the Crucial as a scratch disk but it's not worth bothering, the missus want's me to 'give' it to her - jog on love
