New headlights. No highbeam? Green light on dash

[Defective]

So I just got some new headlights for my car as my other ones were cracked and had all mist on them. Sidelights, indicators and normal lights work but highbeam does not. Anyone know the cause of this? I've checked the fuses and they seem fine. But I don't know where the relay is for them. As they are not under the glove box

Sorry isnt a green light. Its like an orange color.
