They are cool but still no match for a nano with the armband. No screen would do my head in, especially with 1gb worth of songs!

Nano and Armband = ghey

I just use a case with belt clip, clip it onto my shorts and run cable inside my t-shirt at the gym. Never had a problem with free weights, running, rowing etc
