New key & programming

I've not long bought the car and it only had one key, but the guy i bought it from was happy to front the cost of a new one. As he's a mate i don't want to destroy him for the sake of a key from main dealers which is close to £200!!

Does anyone know if theres anywhere cheaper than main dealer for a new key and programming?

Nope i don't think so, i had to get a new key for the same reason and was told the keys can only come from Renault. Might be worth asking Timpsons (a shoe and key cutting place) as i've heard they are able to do some keys?

No someone with one of these on his bike, works amazing. and its pretty cool having remote start

Yeh I was thinking something like that in the region of £200 I really want one now
