New Laptop so fresh iTunes..

Having moved out I now have an empty iTunes and I'm useless with it all still

How do I transfer the music off my iPhone onto the iTunes?

It's showing on my phone's music when linked up to iTunes but being useless I can't seem to get the music into the main music library of iTunes so I can put some of it on my iPad

I'm sure it's very simple I'm just bloody useless with it all.

ahahaha... I'll have a little search but I'm shocking with tech so may be easier to go ask the ex if I can either take my CD's or head over there with my laptop and stick all the cd's on my iTunes.
