Welcome to ClioSport, gs172 
There are just two things I am not too sure about - first of all there is a rattling noise coming from the left side under the bonnet - seems like its coming from where the alternator / water pum area ...
I checked the voltage of the battery and its low ... ( the battery sign keeps coming on and off ...) when I press the Gas it switches off , but when I stop or in neutral it comes on ... also the hasard warning lights don t work but signals when work individually...
Any suggestions ?

Hazards is probably a faulty switch, that's a common fault.
Rattling noise could be dephaser pulley. You'd be best posting a video in the faults section.
If the light goes off when you press the throttle then it's probably the battery, but I'd recommending posting in the faults section again to get a better response
