Hi all,
My names Mark and am from the South West near bath. I have just bought myself an 02 172 cup Reg no. RY02RDZ. Just wondered if any of you recognise the car / previous owner or know of any mods that might have been done so that I may have some idea for insurance purposes.

Will post some pics as soon as i have given it scrub up. It looks pretty tidy only done 21000m since new. The majority of the history is from Sanspeed hence I would not mind finding out if any mods have been done.

Myself and Dan' are the area rep's. Get your name down on the mailing list in the south west section of this forum and join up to the Regions section.

Now that bit is out the way, I don't recognise the plate but someone from Bristol might. Should be some easy ways to tell if it's modified. Exhaust should be easy to spot / hear. None black springs will let you know if suspension has been changed (although Ebaich Prolines are black as well). Induction kit is obvious, air filter, just open the air box and if the filter isn't orange and white then it is aftermarket.

Im suprised... You're not asking anything about the customer, just about the car. Shouldn't really be a problem?

If I turned up with the car im sure they might be a bit more helpful but kent is a bit far to travel. Ill try to contact the previous owner tomorrow or when the log book turns up if all else fails.
