new phone on the horizon...... but im dont know what one!

manager has kindly offered me the upgrade of my choice as she is happy with her current phone.
going to be on O2, and i dont really have a clue whats out there!
avoiding the following
Motorola - cant text on em
ANYTHING by Nokia "N" Series as i've never been a fan
i phone
blackberry as im not a people manager
avoiding touch screen when ever possible as ive got sausage fingers!
lets have your views please!
