Fookin N73 keeps crashing and turning off.. GAY!

Need a new phone, whats good, im on a contract with Orange, but i doubt they will accept my faulty phone as I have dropped it a few times LOL

What is good at the mo, not the N80 though...

I had the same problem with my N73 keep turning off, turns out battery is too small and needs a piece of thin cardboard netween phone and battery.
