New Products for 2007

Just seen these, some good ones as usual.

The applicators look handy and the Wet Mirror Finish looks very interesting, any idea how long it lasts for?

According to Chemical guys it will last longer than the extreme top coat sealant that we currently sell

What are you using now?

I'm using New Look Trim Gel and the bottle lasts for ages, you just have to make sure you don't put too much on otherwise it will sling off onto the paintwork when you drive.

I'm using Turtle Platinum Series creme applied by foam applicator to bring back the black and moisturise the rubber, then New Look Trim Gel x 2 by cloth for gloss.

It does look good but just in my head I prefer "specialised" products. You are right though it does last for ages. I might as well use it up on the tyres as I don't really use it anywhere else except for the front splitter, grill and a couple of other external plastic parts.

It is ok in the summer but even when buffed off properly still prone to running in the rain I find.

The new look trim gel is the best on tyres ,2 coats and bling bling, any tyre product that gets wet will run ,due to the amount of rain we get here, believe me ive tried evrything and it doesnt make a difference
Stick with the trim gel :)

Cool will do.

Any other new products you recommend? Also, is that Butter Wet Wax any good as a top up in between say the 50/50 just for a bit of slickness, or should I just stick to QDing in between coats?

Also, I'm still having difficulties with Paypal, if I make another order can I pay by cheque like last time? Really appreciated that.

Cool nice one, will put an order in later then mate. Need a few stock items like mitt, cloths and shampoo. Boring but necessary!

cheers

What is the difference between the two leather products you supply? Nearly out of the one I currently use. Will be working on leather in good condition, want a natural look. Which one would you go for? (sprayable or extreme?)

Merci.

The new sprayable one is fantastic ,cleans and protects and leaves a natural looking finish to it and it smells of leather ,that would be my choice

Is that because it costs more or it is genuinely better?! :D Only joking of course, all your product recommendations so far have been spot on.

Man why do I keep spending money on cleaning my car... surely I should be squandering it on getting a beer belly or something like that!!

I used the new leather care product on my seats on Sunday and it worked really well ,cant complain about the finish and it was easy to use .
I had been using another brand to test against the CG brand recently and im pretty satisfied the new CG leather car is knocking spots off the other one

And which one might that be... always interested to know, as difficult to tell before using a product as the blurb for pretty much everyone under the sun claims to be revolutionary in some way with some miracle technology. A lot of it is just marketing spiel. All the CG range I have used though exceeded my expectations in terms of cost to performance.

I dont want to get into any slagging of other products but it is a well known one

I see... well I will probably take your word on that then.

Once my new bank card finally turns up I can order my PC then too... happy days. That will really give the neighbours something to talk about!

"Have you seen that lad again. He has a machine now to polish his car! A machine!"

Expecting even more "you can do mine next" "you missed a bit" "there won't be any paint left on that car" type comments!

i get the same, especially from one noob that always walks his dog.

my reply is always "that bloody dog will have no legs left if you keep dragging it up and down the street!"
