I just want to know how quick itll do 0-60!

Im sure the rear diffuser is effective, but I think a subtle spoiler adds to the look of the car, and differentiates it from the rest of the range.

I would guess the rear diffuser will be only on the RS range so that should differentiate it. Saying that the rear tailgate top looks a little plain without a spoiler.

  Inferno 182 w/ Recaros ;)

im sure there will be an optional extra for a spoiler of some sort, but its not really the point is it?

ive always thought that cars with rear spoilers look more sporty, think of the supra or the celica, they dont look half as good without a spoiler, nowadays i think its strange to see one without.

that concept would look so much better with a spoiler. not a fan of the rear diffuser, im sure it doesnt do that much good, surely diffusers are only needed on really fast supercars, like the enzo or suchlike?

0-60 aint gonna be brilliant on 18s

Yeah on the concept car...maybe 17s or 16s on the actual one?

If there is a spoiler I hope its not like the CTR one, but it definitely needs something just for styling.

0-60 will be 7 seconds, or perhaps 6.9 quoted. It will be bang on 182 pace but with 6 cogs the top speed is likely to be 145+

Expect Cups, Cup packs, Trophies, Trophy packs, Cup Trophies with Full fat packs, and full fats with Trophied Cup packs and medium fat Uber Packs, within 3 years....all with near identical straight line speed.

It will be a great car but it wont be quicker than the current 182, and I seriously doubt it will handle any better initially.

Not true, it all depnds on the gear and final drive ratios surely? If it were geared for 18s then it would be fine.

well if it handles like the tropgy, that is supposed to be the pinnacle at the moment anyway so shouldnt be too bad.

Oh Im sure it will a great car Dave, I just dont expect it to be far dynamically superior to the existing car. Lets face it, all succesive generations of hot hatches have become more and more dumbed down and wooly...personally Id rather spend the cash Id lose with each new variety of the new RS (one per year) on tuning my cup to 200bhp for some real performance. Just my personal thoughts on it all...I dont think anyone will go far wrong with the new RS really.
