New sills?

Right, need new sills on the valver as they're damaged and rusty. I can get the sills, but I was wondering if anyone knows roughly how much it will cost for someone to cut out the current sills and weld on the new ones? Also if anyone reccomends any garages in Leicester where I could get this done...
