new springs

Hi
been doing a little work on her recently
sprayed all bumpstrips, left the bullets black for now
im wanting some lower stiffer springs
would 1*2 cup ones be good?
or am i better to go for some others, k tec or something?
also, any suggestions on some new wheels?
as cheap as possible

Looks good mate, i have eibach 30mm which have just been fitted and 172 alloys to fit, could do with a RS grill aswell.

would 182 cup springs lower my car?
if so by how much?

I'm not to sure but i think 182 springs are around 10mm - 15mm, not sure though mate, do a search

182 springs will lower back slightly but the front is gonna sit higher as the 2.0 lump is heavier, ever seen a car with the engine taken out
