Its good, no doubt about it, but personally i think the unit is sh*te

I preser the sleeker look of the seprrate ipaq and gps reciever, but thats just me, tomtom go is easier to use

and unfortunately they normally come with a dodgy female passenger interface which always gives you the wrong directions despite having the correct information in front of them.

lol, qaulity.

How do you put stuff onto these things then? Do you download it to the pc the connect the pc to it via usb or something? Almost got enough to get one of these things Ive been wanting for a while.

you need to delete all the other voices apart from UK ones to get some space on the mem card, then update to the latest version of tomtom go. then you need to download the speed camera database files from pocketgpsworld and copy them into the same folder as the uk map on the me card.

there are full instructions here ---> http://www.expansys.com/forumthread.asp?code=TOMTOMGO&thread=40instructions

and then some more here ---> http://www.expansys.com/forumthread.asp?code=TOMTOMGO&thread=41instructions2

Yep really easy to do - just download the files onto your PC and copy and paste them onto the unit when it is plugged into the USB plug on your PC

The speed camera POIs are pretty accurate - mine hasnt missed one yet, but obviously it isnt a replacement for a proper camera detector
