Not 100% but I imagine the outer fairing of the arch comes away.. or something like that.

I was assuming the arch was removable somehow, but couldn't work out a way they could do it. Especially to make it easy enough to do at the side of the road.
I would assume it's on run flats. Never know, may be a 'removable body' or some magic.
