Newbie from Norwich, needs opinions and knowledge of people :)

Hi all,
Recently purchased a Clio Sport 182, just got paid so have some pennies to spend on her
I've looked around the forum and seen some great looking Clio's. Would appreciate your opinions on how to improve my 182. Its completely standard apart from a powerflow cat back.

i'm sure i saw that car at Vulcan Motor Company about 1-2 years ago when i got my old 182? are all the dash lights blue?

thought it might be as i recognized the grill's being silver, if it is your car i did look at buying it lol, we're trying to organize a karting meet, although we're not getting very far with it lol, i've done lots, getting kitted out for track day's, still more to come

i'd keep your a look out on here they often come up for sale second hand, would look better with the original black grills in than sprayed ones probably cheaper than the spray paint, will keep an eye out for your car around norwich

Yeah i was thinking about getting them sprayed black or just getting an original grill. I got it from Value at the bottom of ketts hill, yeah you're right Chris I'll have to have a little think about what mods I'd like to take out. Will keep an eye out for you arounf Norwich chap, great looking car btw!

Cheers, I've owned it around 6 months now. Don't drive it huge amounts tbh as I've got a works van so that does the general commuting and the 182 comes out when I fancy a blast! Will keep an eye out for both of you, will be going to Snetterton at some point so hopefully see some of you there.

Niki, i'd do the basic mod's to tidy the car up then it will look smart, get your grills and fog surrounds sorted, get a skoda splitter, 3/4 front plate, CTR aeriel, and silver vision's, will look like every other clio, but the reason behind that is because they look good like that

Thanks for the advice Lewis, just bought a Cupra R splitter off of a friend real cheap so I'll get that on somehow lol. Yeah i think the grill and fog surroundings are going back to the original colour

I don't think it looks 'that' bad with the grilles, but might look better black (gloss)

Personally I'd get the grilles sorted out first too has it had the cam belt and aux belt done? Quite expensive but important on these engines!

I saw that car when the previous owner had it. It was always parked on Unthank Road. I used to walk past it all of the time.
