is there anything to look out for when buying a clio?

I have a 172 to which i love but hey you will get different feedback it depends if you want all the extras and sort of what year you are looking at.

Hello mate and welcome - theres a buyers guide which has all the info needed. With regards to which is better theres plenty of material on the site to help you out - just depends what spec your after. where abouts are you based?

im from near wigan ive seen a silver 172 with 39k on it 04 plate for 5000. does this sound about the right price?

im changing from a 1995 audi a6 estate with 220k on the clock!

5K is a bit much IMO - if you in no rush keep looking as it's a buyers market atm

ok mate ill keep looking but might try and knock this one down abit cause its pretty nice and just had a service at renault with cam belt i think.
