Noise when turning right at low speeds

Hi all,

I've got a Clio dynamic, believe its a mkII , 53 plate!
When I am pulling off from stationary, if I turn my wheel right, as I crawl forward there is a noise, squeeling noise!
Its not there when I turn left, and my wheel isn't hitting the wheel arch lining!
Any suggestions

Not sure of I would count it as squeezing but drive shaft?

Recently had new driveshafts on, what could be wrong with them?
