Just needed to extract some details from an old Nokia phone and shove them onto a Blackberry device. As you're well aware, Nokia phones store them as .nbu files that aren't really flexible for imports into other phones.
I've tried this link - which extracts the contacts in the .nbu file into a plain .txt file....

Also, this app extracts any messages from within the .nbu file, which in turn can be exported into .pdf, .doc, .csv, etc....

There's also one to view the contents of Blackberry files (.ipd format), but it's only a 30-day demo unless you pay for it...
