nokia to sony xpreia data transfer ??

Is there a way to transfer all the data from nokia pc suite to a sony x10 mini ??

Anyone know or is it just a matter of re entering it all again :dapprove: ??

Anyone got the x10 mini ? whats the verdict ?

Yeah use PC suite, sync with your PIM of choice then reverse the process.

Thanks tom so you can sync the sony software with the nokia pc suite ok and it will convert it over :S ? Not 100% sure dont wanna lose my data by me cocking it up !!

Dunno, i just guessed.

www.google.com/sync would probably be easiest.

Then do the same for your SEX, only prioritising outlook this time.

Ps you didn't say which xperia you had? There's more than one you know...

defo sync with outlook and then pull from outlook.

I've done this going from manufacturer to manufacturer a couple of times (nokia>ericsson>lg>android)

Then again, this is why I have people in my address book I haven't talked to in 6 years

been told it cant be done :S !!

X10 mini is what I may be getting. when you say sync with outlook do you have any links etc or any more info ? as not 100% sure on doing this and dont want to lose any data I have only used pc suit before so always stay with nokia :S

So the x10 will come with software to sync with outlook... similar to pc suite.

Save a backup of your phone via pc suite. That way if it all goes wrong, you can get it back onto your Nokia.

THen use the software which comes with the x10 and do the same.

Cheers mate will give it a go do you know if the pc suite will sync with the sony software ?

The PC suite won't sync with sony... but will sync with Outlook.

IF the Sony has it's own software, it will sync with outlook too.

So outlook is the common thing between them... allowing you to move data from one device to another.
