Non-Standard Wheels??

Hi

I've had my 02 Clio Sport 172 for about 8 months now, and the time has come to replace the tyres on it. The tyres currently on it are 215/40/16 which seem wider and lower profile than standard, even though they are on normal 5-spoke renault alloys. Weird. If anyone can shine a light on this for me. Thanks.

stock tyres on the 172 are 195/45/16 mate, so ure wider and lower than normal.
215's are gonna be expensive too.

best bet change em back to 195/45 or 205/45

Cheers, but i think i'm gonna keep the same size - they do look V. nice!! And our friends at www.mytyres.co.uk have some lovely goodyear eagle F1's REALLY cheap!
