noob lowering question

how low have you gone cos that's wat I wanna achieve I think

sportlines quote a 50mm drop but is more like 30-40. Apex is a good 60mm

Lowest springs you will get for an RS are Apex springs and they are 40mm, and they'll be fine on standard shocks.

Technically they will.
BUT the ride and handling may shock you. I think Apex are too stiff, it makes the car quite twitchy I find. Hit a slight and I mean the slightest of bumps mid bend and it sends the car up in the air (well almost)

Shocks & Springs if you can afford it. OR Sportlines. I know the Apex look good and are cheap but they are cheap for a reason.

Indeed it is all down to personal taste wether you like the handling/ride of the Apex springs on RS Clios or not, I can't say as I've never experienced it.

Well I bought mine on Apex.
Still running them at the moment but only as I havent had time to put the standards back on.

Like I said I have Apex and I dont really rate them!

i didnt think the apex did 60mm drop in springs for the sport :S best way to go is coilovers

Im looking for a suspension kit pref Springs + Shocks. but will consider cheap coilovers just after looks and not handling.
