Noob questions, sorry lol

  Meg 300Cup
Right there are all probably really stupid questions but I'm new to all kinds of mods

Coilovers or lowering springs? Is there any difference in handling? And how much do coil overs lower a car by? Are the rokkor coil overs any good cos they're only like 200?

Induction kit vs panel filter? I like a nice noise from a car but I'm reluctant to resort to a chavy back box on a 1.4 engine, is there any performance differences between the 2 and or sounds?

P.s. I know the search would probably be my friend, but figured it was easier to start a new thread and ask exactly what I want to know :)

-coils will be better for handling and will go lower than springs and are adjustable. (ive got 40mm apex springs on my sport though n i think there bang on imo )
-never hurd of them coilovers you tend to get what you pay for but if your just looking for a drop they should be ok.
-if u want noise your probs better off going with a induction kit or a cone filter as a pannel filter dont make much noise if any.
