Not my day, no locking nut key

I know there are tons of threads on here about this & just read most of them but I cannot just whack a socket over them as they have the rolling sleeve around them. No idea what make they are so cannot contact a manufacturer.
Because of the sleeve not sure a locking wheel nut remover will work either. Trying to contact the previous owner but no joy so far & I really need to get this lower ball joint changed as it is so worn it is dangerous.
