number plate surrounds

how do I get the things off? Hate them but cant work out how they are attached.
don't want to snap the plates while doing so.

They're just places over the plate. If you dont have any screws holding tbe plate on then you'll have to slowly take it off (assuming its stuck on with double sided tape) and it should just pop off

Got it off already. Had to snap the chrome surround to get the plates out then unscrew the backing plate off.

3/4 plates on now
