O2 confusing?

changed my contract which meant i got a new fone.

anyway, i got an email yesterday saying it had been dispatch and should be with me today, hence the reason im stuck in all day. I just got a txt from O2 sayong the dispaych of my handset has been delayed due to being out of stock.

But the dhl tracking shows that its out for delivery.

Confused!!
