Glad someone had a good day with them. They've been driving me mad, if only I wasn't so lazy I'd leave its less effort to stay with there incompetance though.

Have to see how much they want for that phone as they sem to think I'm on the best tarriff already and won't talk deals till I've got a sim card with them.

I've dealt with 02 more than I have with vodafone and orange, BUT 02 are always helpful and friendly.

Vodafone and Orange have done a lot more work on their networks in the recent years (Orange in particular). Bring on May, someone's day at O2 is going to be good

O2 are the good guys.

O2 from CPW has always been awful (my experiences).
