Obtaining The Radio Code

My mates 172 needs a radio code after we took the radio out and put it back in to try in another car. Now we need the radio code but it ISNT in the book.

Anyway of obtaining this?

free from reanult iirc will probally need your reg or something like that.

Renault charge about 20 notes. Sure it's not in the handbook, normall inside cover.

I thought I didn't have a code until I took the radio out... it was stuck on the radio itself! Gah..

have you looked inside cover of the service book?


You'll have to go renault. itll cost you a tenner, and you'll need V5 to prove its your vehicle.

Maybe a stupid thing to ask but have you checked the radio itself i had the same problem was pulling my hair out then seen the code sticker on the radio
