Oil leak from oil feed pipe

Hi i have a 03 1.5 dci 65hp and it has developed an oil leak from the turbo oil feed pipe. At least i think this is what it is! Its a thin pipe that goes in a bolt and inside the rear of the engine on the passanger side. I just need to know if there is some type of seal thats probalby worn away hence why its leaking ? I have tightened the nut up but still leaks and its dripping out a lot so needs fixing asap.. So should the oil pipe just pull out? Do i need to unscrew the nut first to remove the pipe?

Im whit the same issue but whit the mk4 ED 200, that oil feed pipe is leaking, looking through many articles it is a commun problem, the pipe fails and must be replaced before any turbo major damage occurs
