It was like this when i was driving the the czech republic - they seem quite big on their kitted out mk2 gti's, and it seems pretty standard to make a third lane out of a single carriageway, no matter how fast they are driving! was quite glad to get back without being crashed into!

Anyway, this kind of people call themselves tuners because they pass for some qualifications like:
- having no respect for traffic or human life
- knowing nothing about proper shifting
- always trying to accelerate in the highest gear because induction sound is way cooler than proper acceleration.

and final qualification is:
- always get beaten even to a 6yr old if given a real chance of racing like karting.

The good point about these people in Turkey is they tend to eliminate themselves "darwinian style". The bad thing is, there's a probability of hurting innocent people.
