opening RS Tuner manual . . .

when i open it on my pc I cant actually ready any info. All the different sections are there but when I click on them I get 'The address is not valid'. Now I dont actually have a rstuner but will be in the future so Just want to read up

Do i need to be logged in to do this? if not any ideas

have you saved it to your pc? as if you dont you get those messages

do you mean right click and save job rather then clicking on it?

yeah right click and save target as
