Origin B2 - Problems Updating?

Mine can take over half an hour sometimes, continually being unrecognised and then giving a varing array of error messages.

Thinking of binning it after 6 months and getting something differnent.

I have Emailed Origin loads of time regarding Mac software that they keep promising but it never arrives.

Lost my rag now, I know it was £350 but I just want to stamp on the fucker now.
