Origin B2 question

i got one of these for mi old man a few weeks back. All is good, but on 2 occasions he went past a sneaky police van taking snaps and the system did not alert him.

How do these vans work? is it radar/laser, cos if so then this part just not be working properly!

Some of the vans use mobile gatsos, thats the only thing the B2 cant help with. They have to be parked up and the camera is sat on a tripod either in the van or on the roadside. Apparently they are fairly common down South.

All other none fixed methods use laser which it should detect.

even if it was a laser van (most of them are) theres no guarantee that the laser was pointing at his car - it might not have been operating at all.

Hope he doesnt get a ticket!

no he wasnt speeding at the time. but he saw it and expected it to go off but it didnt other than that its bang on though!
